E o mercado leva outro golpe da crise
A crise realmente chegou no mercado de games, e assim como nos mês passado, as vendas caíram ainda mais. A Nintendo continua intocável na liderança, mas foi a que mais sentiu a queda. O PLAYSTATION 3 foi o único console que teve aumento (ainda que de apenas quatro mil unidades) e o Xbox 360 se manteve estável. Maio de 2009 foi o primeiro mês, desde agosto de 2007, que a indústria americana de jogos registra cifras menores que um bilhão de dólares.
Nos jogos, a Nintendo também reina absoluta, com seis títulos no Top10, enquanto Sony e Microsoft encabeçam 2 cada uma. A versão para o X360 de UFC 2009 Undisputed lidera o ranking, com quase 700 mil unidades vendidas.
